I had my main sewer line clog up Monday morning. I called HD&P once I got to work and they sent someone over first thing in the afternoon. In the midst of a shower fixture change, we quickly realized we were over our heads and were unable to complete. I called Hurricane at around 10am (this morning) and asked if there was anyway possible to have someone come today. They not only said yes, but said they could have someone over between 11 and 1pm today. The tech arrived at 11:15, I showed him the problem and explained what we had done. He reviewed the pricing structure with me (hourly) and went right to work. Within 45 min, he had un-done the poor job I had done and had the shower working. He went through the details of what he did to fix and what I would need to do for a full fixture change out (nothing short of a remodel due to the age of the house). He was extremely nice, very detailed with his explanations, and took the time to love up on my annoying and in the way dogs.

I rent out my home in Morrison and got a call from my tenants that there was a leak in the bath. Being that I live in another state, finding a good plumbing company that you can trust and rely on can be sketchy. I read some good reviews about Hurricane Drain so I decided to give them a call and I’m very glad I did. Not only was the response time super fast, but the price was right. I will definitely use Hurricane Drain for my plumbing needs in the future! Great job guys!
“They did a thorough job of re-routing two water pipes, and also fixed the problem that I created. Juan also was willing to put in a second replacement part afer the first part was faulty. They then returned the next day to replace another faulty part from the manufacturer, at no charge. I have used Hurricane Drain at my home many times before and have always been quite satisfied. 2 weeks ago I called Hurricane Drain and asked if they would be able to replace my rusting sewer line underneath my house. A man named Juan showed up and fixed the pipe with little trouble. Juan not only fixed that pipe, but located a reoccurring problem with my other lines that no other plumber had been able to detect. He worked until the evening hours on a Friday and came back to finish the job on a Saturday. He was not scheduled to work that Saturday. It is very rare to have someone dedicated to completing a job even if it means sacrificing their precious time for a random customer. Juan was friendly, professional, fair, and most importantly very good at what he does. I thank Juan and Hurricane Drain for helping to make my home a more livable and comfortable space and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you.?

“Then on Wednesday, he came to run a camera through our sewer line. He did a thorough examination of the line and answered my questions clearly and patiently. He took the extra effort to locate the problem and the course of the pipe in the yard, and he marked them well. He provided a videotape of the whole process, allowing my husband and I to review what he found and make a good decision about the repair.”

If my sink is backing up into the dishwasher, which then is overflowing to the kitchen floor and you fix it….automatic 3-stars.
But Hurricane Drain was on it every step of the way. Called at 9:15, they promised a plumber between 10-12. at 10, then called and said Vladimir would be at my house in 10 minutes. He was.
By 10:45 he was done snaking the drain with no extra mess, fuss, or hidden charges.
Friendly, prompt, professional. What more do you need.
