In the midst of a shower fixture change, we quickly realized we were over our heads and were unable to complete. I called Hurricane at around 10am (this morning) and asked if there was anyway possible to have someone come today. They not only said yes, but said they could have someone over between 11 and 1pm today. The tech arrived at 11:15, I showed him the problem and explained what we had done. He reviewed the pricing structure with me (hourly) and went right to work. Within 45 min, he had un-done the poor job I had done and had the shower working. He went through the details of what he did to fix and what I would need to do for a full fixture change out (nothing short of a remodel due to the age of the house). He was extremely nice, very detailed with his explanations, and took the time to love up on my annoying and in the way dogs.
